Fix context menus for calls when call target is HLIL_IMPORT
Add a `getCallInstructionAddress` helper that maps from view highlight
state to the address of the corresponding call instruction, if one is
highlighted. This logic was previously duplicated between `LinearView`
and `FlowGraphWidget`.
